Our Principal, Tristan, has spent over twenty years working for some of the largest IT service providers in the world. During that time he performed various roles in many transformation initiatives. He has seen many fail, and some succeed. Sick of seeing organizations make similar mistakes over and over, he created the simple, non-prescriptive framework that novabranch uses to drive successful digital transformation today.
